On June 1, 2022, Thaís Gervasio assumed the presidency of Ecolab for Brazil. Graduated in Chemical Engineering from Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia and with an MBA in Marketing from ESPM – Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, she joined Ecolab in 2016, leading the Sales, Marketing and Corporate Accounts areas of the Nalco Water Light division in Brazil and Latin America. She also led E3, an internal affinity group for the empowerment and development of female talent for two years, as well as being a member of the company's Strategic Committee on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
