Curtains

Dishmachine and cooler curtains promote energy efficiency. Valuable heat can escape dishmachines when worn curtains are being used. This drop in temperature will produce diminished warewashing results and increase overall energy costs. Heavily soiled curtains can also transmit mold and mildew to wares coming out of the dishmachine and turn clean items into dirty ones.
