Men Analyzing CIP Information

São Paulo, October 2017 - Ecolab, the world leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services, recently introduced its 3D TRASAR technology to the Brazilian food and beverage industry. 3D TRASAR (also known as 3D TRASAR Clean-in-Place or 3DTCIP) is an integrated program that utilizes advanced sensors, cleaning chemistries and analytical software, combined with Ecolab CIP expertise and service, to provide in-depth visibility into the critical factors that drive efficient, safe and effective CIP processes in food and beverage processing plants.

3DTCIP constantly monitors cleaning process variables which can impact food safety, providing important visibility to the operations so they can make quick decisions and changes to avoid jeopardizing food safety, product quality or operational costs.

“The big advantage of 3DTCIP is that it provides visibility to all clean-in-place operations in the food and beverage industry. With increasingly more demanding consumers , the food and beverage industry is challenged to produce a varied mix of products while maintaining the highest quality standards. With 3DTCIP, it is easier to identify potential risks and work preventively, avoiding possible quality problems which can generate rework costs or product recalls,” said Israel Milaschi, vice-president for the food & beverage division of Ecolab Brazil.

“Another benefit of 3DTCIP is the 24/7 monitoring capability. With the data our technology collects, Ecolab experts can work with customers to determine the corrective actions needed to improve CIP operational efficiency, enhance productivity, reduce costs, maximize profits and help ensure safe, high-quality food,” added Milaschi.
